Put food at the centre of your wedding! Talk to us about all your ideas for your perfect meal and we will source the best specialist caterers to make all your foodie fantasies come true. We’ll make sure they fit in your budget too, often negotiating deals on your behalf.

Unlike most other planners, we take a very hands-on approach to wedding planning: we manage the entire meal from hiring crockery, cutlery or kitchen appliances to providing amazing, experienced staff.

Keep the drinks flowing

Our economical unlimited drinks packages include glassware, staff, bars, ice and equipment - guaranteed to keep your party swinging all night! This is our most popular option for a wedding bar tailored to you yet cost-effective. We will take you for a wine tasting to pick your perfect dinner time tipple, provide fantastic fizz for your reception and selected beers and spirits that will not run out. If you would rather supply your own drinks, we can discuss options for glassware, bar structure and service only, and let you bring your preferred stock.

Whether you want a full live band or a DJ, or anything in between, we’ve got you covered!

We know that great music is essential to any celebration and have worked with some of the best in the business. We provide full sound and light production suitable for blank canvas spaces, so even if you have your own musical entertainment in mind we can help make sure they have the right set up for your chosen wedding venue.

The list is endless, but don’t let your #wedmin overwhelm you. The Wedding Arrangers are a one-stop-shop for everything you need. We will point you in the right direction for your suppliers, coordinating the entire process and supervising it all on the day.

Okay, but how much will this wedding planning thing cost me?

Money doesn’t grow on trees and we don’t expect you to write us a blank cheque. At the beginning of our planning process, and before you commit to working with us, we’ll have a clear, frank discussion about the cost of running events in London’s dry hire venues if that's the route you have chosen. Hint: it's more expensive than hiring out your local!

Our goal?

To plan your wedding without adding lots of 000's to your bottom line.

We have enough experience to be honest about the budgets required and will work to an agreed target throughout the process. Once we have presented you with your budget planner and initial menus and you have approved them, we ask for a small administration fee as a one-off retainer. After that, we solely make our money through industry-only discounts.

How does that work? We charge you the standard advertised price for all items, whilst we are offered a reduced rate thanks to our long-term working relationship with most suppliers.

We will not charge you more than listed prices for anything that we supply.
