Wedding event management - full planning

At The Wedding Arrangers we love to work across as many aspects of your wedding celebration as possible. On the day our team will be the first to arrive at your venue and the last to leave. We’ll manage every aspect of the event from set up to making sure speeches are on time; food and bar service through to live music set times; decor and venue styling through to final load out and pack down. We’ll coordinate and run logistics for all suppliers, including any that you have sourced independently. ‘On the day’ coordination services

Occasionally we work with clients who would prefer to plan their own wedding but feel they need a helping hand on the day to ensure a smooth event. The Wedding Arrangers offer a coordination only service that includes a six week event health check, schedule building, pre-party site visit & walk through, set up and break down of your event with our staff (or your caterer’s team) and full ‘on the day’ management. Pricing and our fees

We believe that working with a wedding planner should not be a luxury. In fact, if you are getting married or celebrating in a dry hire venue we honestly believe it is the best decision you can make.
